Huahao Sealingは、発電設備向けにカーボングラファイト製シールリング、軸受、スラストディスクを提供します。対象は循環水ポンプ、タービン潤滑油ポンプ、原子力補助ポンプ、CHP熱供給ポンプです。高温蒸気環境（≤600°C）に対応し、油ポンプ故障時のドライ運転でも自己潤滑性を発揮。軸径120mm以上のポンプに対応する大型軸受により、オーバーホール周期を15か月超まで延長します。

カーボングラファイトの自己潤滑性により、潤滑油ポンプ故障時の短時間のドライ運転に対応し、緊急停止までの時間を確保
大径軸向けに最適化した長さと直径の比率で放熱性を向上。内径の微小テーパーが温度勾配による変形を補正

58B series large-size carbon graphite bearings custom-made, rated 250°C, solid lubrication without fluid film. Optimized length-to-diameter ratio for large shafts improves heat dissipation; bore micro-taper compensates for temperature-gradient deformation.
M106H antimony-impregnated graphite grade rated 500°C with anti-oxidation treatment. 300°C is well within limits for stable long-term performance. Self-lubrication also enables short-term dry running during lube pump failure.
Power plant high-temp zones (near boiler, turbine) have strict fire safety requirements; lube oil leakage contacting hot surfaces easily causes fire. Carbon graphite self-lubrication eliminates external grease, removing fire risk at the source.
Select M106H antimony grade with high hardness to resist particle wear. Bearing clearance is optimized to allow particles to pass without seizure. One plant retrofit achieved 15 months continuous operation, reducing annual downtime by 720 hours.
