M106H is epoxy-resin-impregnated, rated to about 180°C; M106D is antimony-impregnated, rated to 500°C, with third-party tested compressive strength 190 MPa, flexural strength 72 MPa and Shore hardness 92 HS. High-temperature service (>180°C) requires M106D.
M106K is a food-grade resin-impregnated carbon graphite, FDA and EU food-contact compliant, completely oil-free self-lubricating, suited for chocolate mixers, filling machines, and pharmaceutical equipment.
M191T, a carbonized (baked) grade rated to 600°C, operates at extreme high temperatures without metal impregnation, suited for solar-thermal molten salt pumps and metallurgical furnaces at 500–600°C.
204B, with a special corrosion-resistant impregnation process, resists seawater galvanic corrosion and is DNV certified, suited for marine stern shaft seals, seawater cooling pump bushings, and rudder bearings.
Impregnation fills the carbon graphite substrate micro-pores, reducing porosity below 2%, boosting compressive strength, wear resistance, and density, while tailoring performance for specific service (high-temp, corrosion, food). Different impregnants (resin, antimony, metal) determine the temperature ceiling and corrosion characteristics.

Carbon graphite is a high-purity carbon-based material made from petroleum coke and pitch coke through mixing, forming and baking. Huahao Sealing supplies multiple carbon graphite grades with density 1.55-1.85 g/cm³, temperature range -200 to 600°C, featuring natural self-lubrication, chemical inertness and high thermal conductivity for mechanical seal rings, bushings and bearings.

Resin-impregnated graphite is produced by vacuum-impregnating baked carbon graphite with phenolic, epoxy or furan resin, filling the micropores to raise density to 1.75-1.80 g/cm³. Impregnated graphite blanks for shops that machine their own carbon graphite parts — job shops, seal reconditioning works and component OEMs. Huahao Sealing has produced carbon graphite since 2006 and supplies extruded rod and tube, molded ring blanks, isostatic block stock and near-net-shape blanks, in unimpregnated, phenolic/furan/epoxy resin, antimony, copper or Babbitt impregnated condition. Unimpregnated base density 1.55-1.70 g/cm³ with 8-15% porosity, below 2% after impregnation. We machine to customer drawing and advise on pre- versus post-impregnation machining routes, carbide versus PCD tooling and stress relief.
